Shipping
Does Uniskin ship to my country?
At the moment, Uniskin is only available in the United States of America.How much is the shipping cost?
Generally speaking, the total shipping cost will depend on the destination state that the package ships to and the number, weight and volume of the items you order. To make it simpler, add the items to your cart after logging into your account and the shipping costs will be automatically calculated for your order.
However, if your order is over 60$, you will have free shipping site-wide.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order will take 1 to 5 business days to arrive.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with all the delivery information and you can track your order by clicking the tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, Uniskin’s items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Please note that the product must be fully intact and its original package must not have been opened.
How do I return or exchange an item?
To return or exchange an item, you need to contact our Customer Service staff at returns@uniskin.com, for we do not accept returns without prior authorization. Once you are authorized to return the item, please follow the ensuing steps:
1. Place your items in a box or padded envelope with your personal info:
- Full name
- Email address
- Order number
- List of the item(s) you are returning
2. Ship the order to the address below:

3. Upon receipt, your return will be processed within 2-3 business days and depending on your payment method it can take 10-14 business days to post back to your original form of payment.
Please note that the shipping costs for the returns and exchanges are supported by the customer.
